In a way, this is a follow-up to my “Photo of the Day” post from earlier
this week. Not only does it concern the New Jersey Botanical Garden at Skylands Manor, but it’s a close-up of the spot
highlighted at that time.
This swan fountain is an English lead statue that
was placed in the Octagonal Pool. The whole grounds were so beautiful when I
visited a month and a half ago that it’s easy to see how I might not remember it
all, but for the camera I took with me that recorded what I saw.
